Teams

Team Elevate is a girls basketball program. Age-group teams and public rosters are added here only after the organization publishes them. Player names stay off this site until a guardian has allowed it.

Registration

Online registration with fees is not open. The form records a family's interest so the staff can follow up. It does not reserve a roster spot.

The client agreement and waiver is completed upon registration. Read it before you register.

Parent Expectations

  • Ensure players arrive on time and prepared for practices and games.
  • Notify coaches as early as possible when an athlete will miss a practice or tournament.
  • Encourage positive sportsmanship toward teammates, coaches, officials, and opponents.
  • Help create a positive and supportive environment for all athletes.

The uniform package described in the existing Team Elevate program materials includes 2 official Team Elevate uniforms, 1 shooting shirt, and 1 Team Elevate backpack. Confirm current package details with the coaching staff before a season begins.

The client agreement and waiver applies when a family registers. Handbooks and other forms are listed on the resources page when an approved file exists. Youth safety expectations are on the youth safety page.
